Unfortunately being on a pittance of a pension, I cannot support your efforts financially but here's a Smoothie recipe (high in protein low in fat)for 2 servings:
2 cups Chocolate enriched soy beverage (low in trans fats)1 banana,a dollop of lo-fat plain yogurt,handful of frozen strawberries/raspberries - blend,drink ooom good!
